We are happy to support clients outside of the Burgess Hill area, We do charge an additional service charge to cover traveling and mileage costs for clients out side of a 5 mile radius of Burgess Hill.

If your are located 5-10 miles from us we charge £6.50 as an additional mileage charge to our service invoice.
For clients 10-15 miles from us we charge £16.50 as an additional mileage charge to our service invoice.

I had all my photos taken over a number of years deleted from my laptop. Helpfully looked at my printer and diagnosed I needed a new one. Googled to suggest a replacement and gave great advice in a way that was accessible but not patronising. Very reasonable fee.

Richard quickly diagnosed and replaced a broken power supply in my custom-built PC. As a bonus he gave the insides a clean, and re-configured the fans for better air flow.

Richard provided really helpful advice on good working practises for seo and general marketing exposure. He is very good at problem solving and explaining the technical side.

RicTECH Area Coverage

We had a remote access session with Richard today. He sorted out some problems we had following a Microsoft update, cleaned our system and advised on some IT security issues for us. He has been our “go to” IT guy for the last 3 years and we trust him implicitly.
