How do I pay RicTECH I.T.Solutions

We charge for our time and knowledge.

As a customer of RicTECH I.T.Solutions we will provide you with an invoice for the the services provided. There will be a settlement date on your invoice.
For all hardware supplied costs, invoices must be settled on collection of the system/s.
For bacs payments please include your RTI ref:

We accept Cash, Cheque, Bacs or Card. There may be a 1.3% charge on card transacations. Depending on hardware supplied per job.

Buisness Clients

We offer 15 day settlements to Business clients for our services. If hardware is supplied this is a strict 15 Days.

For CRM, Hosting or other SEO / Website services we do adhere to a strict 15 day settlement term. Please note that if invoices are not settled within the stated invoiced period you may lose services provided. RicTECH I.T.Solutions will hold no responsibilty for lapsed services due to late payments.

We we happily get you back on track, but its your responsiblty for renewal of services.

Helpfully looked at my printer and diagnosed I needed a new one. Googled to suggest a replacement and gave great advice in a way that was accessible but not patronising. Very reasonable fee.

Richard quickly diagnosed and replaced a broken power supply in my custom-built PC. As a bonus he gave the insides a clean, and re-configured the fans for better air flow.
