We charge £65.00 for the first hour . Any subsequent half hours are charged at £30.00
Diagnostic & routine check-up service visits are charged at a flat rate of £55.00

We offer systems advice and recommendations for new IT installations for your ever growing business, allowing you to stay ahead without huge service contract ties.
We cover a 5 mile radius from Burgess Hill for home visits. Additional mileage is charged (based on a google maps location from RH15 8PQ)

- If your are located 5-10 miles from us we charge £8.50 as an additional mileage charge to our service invoice.
- For clients 10-15 miles from us we charge £16.50 as an additional mileage charge to our service invoice.
We also offer you the option to bring your computer to us by arrangement. Please telephone to discuss a convenient time for you.

Hosting services
£92.50 annually, Including 1 x ftp upload account.
Hosting is where your sites files live online, all hosting at RicTECH is fully backed up on Fortnightly basis providing a fail-safe, should any external server fail, Backups can be requested at any time and supplied on a usb drive at a cost of £39.50. There is no cost if a suitable usb drive is provided. Additional backup services are suggested via updratft.
1 x ftp admin account is provided should you wish to upload/download file directly to the hosting space.

Non Rt Hosting : WordPress backups & cloud services are charged at £49.50 per year outside of RT hosting agreements. This entitles you you to fortnightly site backups alongside malware & SQL attacks which are becoming an ever increasing attack mechanisism.
Domain names can be purchased anywhere, and directed to any hosting space. We offer the service to assist you in purchasing a domain name should you require one. Existing Domains can be redirected to any hosting. We do not maintain the renewal of domain names. However we will remind you when their due.
Domain names
idependently typical costs are for .co.uk £21.50 per 2yr term, .com £35.00 per 2yr term.
Once you have a Domain name, we can offer domain email services (eg. yourname@yoursite.co.uk) Storage limits are flexible, and we will let you know when you are getting near your limit (500mb combined) and discuss your options and plan.
Site Recovery
£55 p/hr.
If you have lost your site through lapse of service renewals, we may be able to recover you site, Let us know as soon as possible for the best recovery options. We charge for our time and knowledge.

What is Ad-Hoc Support?
In a nut shell if you need us were here, you pay for the support required: Ad-Hoc support refers to support requested by the customer for RicTECH I.T.Solutions to assist in providing assistance for services as directed by the customer. Further support can be provided for any issues on an ad-hoc basis. Support is charged at an hourly rate. All ad-hoc support is charged on 14 day payment terms as invoiced. Further support is provided on the basis of previous invoices settled by the 14 day terms.
