Richard has been our I.T. Technician for many years and has consistently provided excellent service. He is always easy to reach, and if we can’t contact him immediately, he makes sure to return our call within the hour. His knowledge and expertise have been invaluable, and he is always willing to go above and beyond to help with any issues we encounter. We highly recommend Richard for anyone in need of reliable and professional I.T. support.

I called Richard once I came to the realisation that I had bitten off more than I could chew when setting up a new business. Richard was patient, explained everything very clearly and put us on the right track. Without him I am not sure what would would have done!

We were recommended by a friend to contact Richard for our ongoing pc problems. We were very glad that we did. Given the age of our pc, he thought the best option would be to buy a new one. We did, and he returned to implement all the necessary applications. He was efficient, courteous and very patient with us. We will recommend him to others.

1st PC failure in 30 years and could have affected our business. Contacted Richard for help, he examined our machine and identified the problem with the M2 drive, then rectified and reloaded Windows back on. Very prompt and professional. Also provided advice on new products. Certainly someone to call upon when things go wrong.

I had all my photos taken over a number of years deleted from my laptop. I rang Richard and he was able to take my laptop the same day and I had it back the next with all my photos returned.Richard was extremely helpful and also very friendly and I would highly recommend him to anyone. Helpfully looked at my printer and diagnosed I needed a new one. Googled to suggest a replacement and gave great advice in a way that was accessible but not patronising. Very reasonable fee.

It is very refreshing to deal with someone as helpful, efficient and straightforward as Richard at RicTECH. I reported a problem with my printer on Friday, he picked it up from my home on Saturday, reported back Monday, ordered and installed a replacement part, and delivered it back to me Wednesday. All for a very reasonable service fee, less than half the price I was quoted elsewhere. An excellent service, I will use again. Thank you.

I had a web site created a couple of years ago, managed by the man who set it up. He let it lapse this summer, losing both my web site and my domain name. I was given Richard’s name by a mutual friend and within a week he had calmly sorted out the domain name and created a new – much better – web site. I am pretty useless as far as ICT is concerned and he patiently explained what he was doing, why he was doing it, and generally answered any questions that I had without becoming exasperated at all. He, obviously, took the initiative in designing the web site but was very open to any suggestions that I had, and took it all on board. Thank you very much, Richard!
