Richard recently guided me through the process of building and appropriately setting up a website for my new small business Rocket Performance. Richard was incredibly helpful throughout and was able to provide me with all of the knowledge that I don't have but certainly needed to know! 1st PC failure in 30 years and could have affected our business. Contacted Richard for help, he examined our machine and identified the problem with the M2 drive, then rectified and reloaded Windows back on. Very prompt and professional. I had all my photos taken over a number of years deleted from my laptop. I rang Richard and he was able to take my laptop the same day and I had it back the next with all my photos returned.

It is very refreshing to deal with someone as helpful, efficient and straightforward as Richard at RicTECH. I reported a problem with my printer on Friday, he picked it up from my home on Saturday, reported back Monday, ordered and installed a replacement part, and delivered it back to me Wednesday. All for a very reasonable service fee, less than half the price I was quoted elsewhere. An excellent service, I will use again. Thank you.
