I had all my photos taken over a number of years deleted from my laptop. I rang Richard and he was able to take my laptop the same day and I had it back the next with all my photos returned.

It is very refreshing to deal with someone as helpful, efficient and straightforward as Richard at RicTECH. I reported a problem with my printer on Friday, he picked it up from my home on Saturday, reported back Monday, ordered and installed a replacement part, and delivered it back to me Wednesday. All for a very reasonable service fee, less than half the price I was quoted elsewhere. An excellent service, I will use again. Thank you.
