I had all my photos taken over a number of years deleted from my laptop. I rang Richard and he was able to take my laptop the same day and I had it back the next with all my photos returned.Richard was extremely helpful and also very friendly and I would highly recommend him to anyone. Helpfully looked at my printer and diagnosed I needed a new one. Googled to suggest a replacement and gave great advice in a way that was accessible but not patronising. Very reasonable fee.

It is very refreshing to deal with someone as helpful, efficient and straightforward as Richard at RicTECH.
