I had a web site created a couple of years ago, managed by the man who set it up.  He let it lapse this summer, losing both my web site and my domain name.  I was given Richard’s name by a mutual friend and within a week he had calmly sorted out the domain name and created a new – much better – web site.  I am pretty useless as far as ICT is concerned and he patiently explained what he was doing, why he was doing it, and generally answered any questions that I had without becoming exasperated at all.  He, obviously, took the initiative in designing the web site but was very open to any suggestions that I had, and took it all on board.
