A new service from RicTECH!

3D Printing at RicTECH!

We have invested in the latest 3D print hardware. We are currnetly exploring print projects in PETG, Carbon Fibre & ABS

If you need a bespoke part or a pre-developed part. We can print any STL in the material you require. This is an introductory service and we are not mass producers. We are adept in Blender, Sketchup and bambu lab design. we can advise and design the parts you need.

Richard recently guided me through the process of building and appropriately setting up a website for my new small business Rocket Performance. 1st PC failure in 30 years and could have affected our business. Contacted Richard for help, he examined our machine and identified the problem with the M2 drive, then rectified and reloaded Windows back on. Very prompt and professional. I had all my photos taken over a number of years deleted from my laptop. I rang Richard and he was able to take my laptop the same day and I had it back the next with all my photos returned.

It is very refreshing to deal with someone as helpful, efficient and straightforward as Richard at RicTECH. I reported a problem with my printer on Friday, he picked it up from my home on Saturday, reported back Monday, ordered and installed a replacement part, and delivered it back to me Wednesday. All for a very reasonable service fee, less than half the price I was quoted elsewhere. An excellent service, I will use again. Thank you.

I had a web site created a couple of years ago, managed by the man who set it up.  He let it lapse this summer, losing both my web site and my domain name.  I was given Richard’s name by a mutual friend and within a week he had calmly sorted out the domain name and created a new – much better – web site.  I am pretty useless as far as ICT is concerned and he patiently explained what he was doing, why he was doing it, and generally answered any questions that I had without becoming exasperated at all.  He, obviously, took the initiative in designing the web site but was very open to any suggestions that I had, and took it all on board.  Thank you very much, Richard!
